Supervisors get acces to all data for their students (even when students leave) #282

Investigate this for now. Probably the HPC tardis people know something about this because they've been dealing with a similar issue.

(Could possibly be implemented as simply as creating a group for each student/supervisor pairing, and sharing each experiment with that group. Confirm that this works.).
