New old datafiles won't be ingested #77

The auto-ingest trawls the Atom feed, ingesting new stuff until it comes across a dataset it's harvested before. It assumes that anything older than that has already been ingested.

For MicroTardis, if 'new' (but old) datasets appear (because a user with old data decides to join the Tardis bandwagon and renames their user directory appropriately), it will be ignored.

Ok, the workaround is temporarily removing the test "len(new_entries) != len(doc.entries) or " in atom_ingest.py.
