Run as non-root user "pypicloud" #15

Hi, This PR changed user running uwsgi as non-root user "pypicloud" to keep secure pypicloud container.

This is a great idea! After merging #16, I ended up doing this in https://github.com/stevearc/pypicloud-docker/commit/1114b398e0221f3b5cca5ab0e17dcd9f34985553 as part of the process of syncing the two Dockerfiles. Thanks for the PR!
