Removed underscoreThrottle function #75

This fixes the bug mentioned in steveathon/bootstrap-wysiwyg#73 where the hyperlink button does not work correctly.

@steveathon can you test this before merging? It looked good before I made the PR but I was unable to replicate the results a second time when I made the same changes to my code-cleanup branch.

@steveathon I looked over this again..and things look good on this branch :shipit:

I think what happened was I just screwed something up on the other branch. Oh well I'll get it figured out haha.
