uses file lines_in_18.txt from https://pbarbier.com/constellations/boundaries.html also added to readme in library folder

I'm gonna leave this PR open for now, cause I'd prefer Starplot to head more in the direction of your other PR (doing the zenith plots via stereographic projections on the map plot). If that doesn't work out though, I'll revisit the code here. Thanks!
