SIML 0.9.9 installed but not fully working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i downloaded and installed the SIMBL version 0.9.9
2.no error was show during the instal and shows successful instal at the end
3.go to find the folder in /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins but there 
in no folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the directory /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins should appear in my 
finder but its not there even after a system restart. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
im using all the latest versions of product and operating system (snow leopard)

If this is an Installer problem, please run the Installer again and from
the "Window" menu, select "Installer Log". Save the Install Log and attach
it to your bug report.

Can you attach the install log and the output of this command in the Terminal:

ls -ld "/Library/Application Support"

ls -l "/Library/Application Support"
