need way to display shortcodes in admin #2

we have a sitemap shortcode in the framework, but i cannot even remember the code to call it. I don't want to spend the time adding it to the wysiwyg. maybe i can add it to the screen contextual menu?

todo: add WFC tab in screen contextual help pull down. list shortcodes, parameters, and descriptions.
