add basic html for initial build out #22

after building the pages I want to be about to see something on the homepage. Lets add some basic code. Perhaps grab a twitter bootstrap example?!? sounds easy enough.

I started this. added the new bootstrap assets and added one of the example html's to index.php. so we have a basic homepage now.
