possible bug with menu manager #25

not sure if its a bug or i'm doing something wrong. no matter what i select (page, external, pdf) nothing happens. i thought a field was supposed to appear.

Menu manager is working, some changes in wfc_meta_box_cases.php broke some part, but most of it should be fixed now. Rest is a CSS issue I guess.

Its still not working for me. I don't see any javascript errors which is what I assume the issue would be.
