No more featured images #29

In the manage subpage banner page, there is no featured image showing, must be the same for all our custom post types.

yea, this does need to be fixed. I was attempting to make it more dynamic. look at wfc_admin_class and you'll see lines 28 - 33 are all almost the same.

Fixed, and also added featured image in Manage Page : 66b1fa04ae8359e64ff8d9de8302abb1c075111f
