integrate shortcode

requirements:

• add button to wysiwyg toolbar.
  • button will open popup.
  • inside popup use can choose from columns, accordion, teaser, tabs.
  • once user selects the shortcode will appear in the editor.
  • inside popup add another section for wfc_sitemap and wfc_atoz
• program code to use bootstrap 3+
