issue instructions are out of date #76

To add new paper URLs or fix incorrect info:

  1. Specify the paper title and first author
  2. Ensure that an entry includes at least the paper url and abstract
  3. Specify any additional info (see the column descriptions here)

Thumbnails can be pasted into this issue (as a 400 x 300 png). Or feel free to email me thumbnails.
