Add Blizzy's Toolbar Support #1

Some people prefer Blizzy's Toolbar over the stock AppLauncher toolbar. Will implement a toggleable option sometime after KSP 1.0 is released, assuming the Toolbar mod is updated.

Ready for release. No option to use stock toolbar if blizzy's is installed yet.
