Auto-switch Pe and Ap #12

The error message isn't clear when you reverse Pe and Ap. Maybe it would be easier for SOC to inverse them automatically if both are being used.

Error message displayed: "Resulting eccentricity cannot be less than 0."

It's technically working as intended, more or less. I'll try to focus effort on more meaningful error messages when I get a chance to update the mod. I'm waiting for 1.1 to be released.
