[Feature Suggestion] Change Color Accent based on wallpaper.

For users who have the option to set custom color accent based on wallpaper, it should have some kind of integration with it.

I know it's a little impossible or performance hungry, but it can be possible if you only fetch windows color accent with registry or dll get.

A related feature (RainRGB, a custom color extractor) has been added. You can use this button in the window to extract the screen color.

The ability to get the color of the wallpaper directly will be available in Quanto Flx, a future edition of Quanto.
