Github repo not being updated with --push command #5

I've added a few whitelisted domains to my main Pi-hole and unable to push the changes to my Github repo. Whenever I run the --push command, Local Pi-hole lists match remote Git repo. No further action required. is printed to the terminal window and the files in my repo remain unchanged.
