there are version labels scattered through the project repo, including in the git tags and the GitHub releases, need to get a checklist of all the files that need version number changes for a new release, add it to the NOTES.md

[ ] gradle.properties
[ ] src/docs/asciidoc/index.adoc
[ ] git tag
[ ] GitHub Release

these should update automatically;

[ ] build/plugin/nf-niceutils-x.x.x-meta.json
[ ] build/tmp/jar/MANIFEST.MF -> goes into the final .zip file
