In one case so far, an unpaired analysis found and used an NC control sample BAM file from a completely different analysis directory and used it for the IGV snapshots. Need to verify NC control sample discovery steps and figure out why this happened. Analysis in question used qsub_report_wrapper.sh ....16-027.... and found NC BAM in analysis analysis 16-55-1 sample 8 instead.
