  1. Sign up for a presentation time. Select first or second slot first and then third if necessary http://doodle.com/poll/7bve43y5uc4rc3qc
  2. Get the stuff listed below
  3. Assignment due Sept 7th Find and watch two different 360 video projects. One must be from a major news organization like CNN, NYTimes, Discovery, Weather Chanel, Washington Post, Huffington Post (RYOT) etc.. The second should NOT be a major organization. It should be independent or a small production house.

Write a one-page Wiki Entry about each video and then conclude by comparing the two. Here are some things to consider: What was interesting? Assess the production value. Were your immersed? Was it storytelling? Were you board or interested? Do you feel you missed something? What would have made it better? How are they different? How are they similar? Which was more interesting and why?

Post your work with a link and screenshots if helpful to the wiki page. Prepend the title with 360Video:

You need all of these things ordered or installed before next week, Sept 7th's class. Better order your cardboard today.

Order Google Cardboard Google Cardboard. I suggest with a strap but you can get whatever you want. Feel free to be stylish! https://vr.google.com/cardboard/get-cardboard/ https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=google+cardboard
