Class, Lede: Yes, we will have class today. You will be learning the Twitter API so please don't miss it!

Amy's grandfather passed away early this morning. We made it here to Kentucky in time to say goodbye. Grayson is going to help lead class using a video lecture and explanation I recorded. Those files are here: http://steventking.com/clients/twitterapi.zip

Also, my teaching assistant, senior Casey Miller, will be there to help trouble shoot for part of the class.

Thanks for understanding. Steven

So I heard you guys had problems with webfaction and PHP. Can one of you send me in an email your webfaction login, ftp login and link to the files you were working on?

Class, I have posted a new video to explain the process. http://steventking.com/clients/webfaction_edit.mov (Right click, save as and open in Quick Time) Here is the basic concept of what you need to to do that is explained in the video.

Create a static application, which most of you did in class. Make sure this application type is Static/CGI/PHP.

Now you need to add that application to your site. Go to website and scroll to the bottom and click add application and select reuse existing application. Give it a directory. Click save.

In a few minutes this application should work.
