Are they all supposed to be green by default? Or blue by default and turn green on mouseover. The .psd refers to the green icons as the "active" icons.

Good question. I am going to represent the designer and make a decision of what it "should be" not what might be in the PSD. All, Please make sure you follow the new requirement listed below.

The top nav should be blue by default, green on rollover and have the bottom arrow/triangle signaling the active state.

Note: This is the first and perfect example of how this class and specifically this assignment is designed to simulate a real-world project. Sometimes things change or clarification is needed that might not be reflected in the original requirements or comps.
