OPML uploads from android are triggering the image upload dialog. Even selecting the opml/xml file does not work.

I found uploading from a OneDrive folder results in an error. Uploading the same file locally does not work.

It seems the image upload is just what Android shows as an option when it is a non-image or video accepted file type.

Also found issues parsing XML with un-escapped characters. See #4
