John is developing some decision algorithms to make a qualitative conclusion relative to the summary scores/individual scores of the proteins. These should be implemented within the app so that a summary statement can be added to the UI.
Also, it would be great if these algorithms can then be visualized separately as boxes/flowcharts/whatever.
