I tried to compile the plugin for octave with the binaries from the NLoptBuilder repository according to these instructions.
However, the dependencies created by nlopt/src/octave/CMakeLists.txt are missing, especially nlopt_optimize_usage.h.
Would it be possible to add it in this repository or adapt the instructions, because in fact, it's not working as described.
