Update install script / RVM package location to reflect 1.6.2 install script #10

RVM::FW install script is very different from the install script RVM now uses, we need to update it and modify it to point to RVM::FW setup or modify where RVM::FW RVM package is to work with install script expectations.

This was resolved 7 months ago by using our own variant of the older install script. Nobody has complained about the need of the current (hugely more complex) install script RVM uses so we'll hold off on tweaking ours until we get complaints about it.
