header html5 tag makes phpQuery add meta charset

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load html with the html5 header tag in it
2. see the source code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see
<header class="twelveCol" id="mainHeader"><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" 
content="text/html;charset=UTF-8">

Should be
<header class="twelveCol" id="mainHeader">

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
