Use API rather than web scrape

Hope you don't mind us contacting you here, we randomly came across your repo and thought we might suggest a new option you might not be aware of.

Our next collection data can be accessed via a set of open API calls which will provide the data you need in a more consistent format, hopefully much simpler than scraping a page!

The URLs you need are

• https://geoapi.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/v1/services/recyclingday/{uprn}
• https://geoapi.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/v1/services/refuseday/{uprn}
• https://geoapi.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/v1/services/foodwasteday/{uprn}
• https://geoapi.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/v1/services/gardenwasteday/{uprn}

Replace {uprn} with the UPRN of the property.

As with any API, this is provided on a best-endeavours basis, and please make sure you don't send too many requests in a short period of time or your request may be blocked.
