German translations #177

I have added german translations, based on @fergyfresh s work on https://github.com/stevenleeg/geemusic/pull/176

They should at least give german users some german responses when using this skill. I have no idea if the user experience will be great and natural. Maybe i have to extend the sample utterances a bit, because the command to start an intent can vary from user to user. Maybe i have to tweak the responses spoken by Alexa also a bit, because i fear they may sound to computer-y, and less naturally, but i will see that over time.

Yes, i received your email about #179 and decided to close this PR and re-create my branch with YAML support. ;) Expect it in the next few minutes.
