Add breadcrumbs for boards #21

Currently can't see a way to traverse the board hierarchy. "Posts in general" could be "Board Index >> General" or something. Maybe it works and it's disabled? Don't know.

I believe they were in there at one point and then got removed for whatever reason.

You're looking for pretty much the same thing that we have on the thread page, right?
