It is hard to work with this without being able to set things to go off after a certain number of ticks easily.

So for example maybe an array of grid positions and number of ticks until they go off or on.

This would make it much easier to make a step sequencer or neat patterns. Then also an easy way to set the tick speed.

Hmm interesting idea. Currently the blink/tick system is a bit wonky (not sure if you've had trouble using it or not), so I definitely need to do some work on that.

I'll come back to this when I get some free time to work on the library again.
