collate results in separate page #64

users should be able to either download results and/or send to another page/site where all results are collated - the list of LCs could build up and we can start checking progress, patterns etc.

useful links below. users could also vote? on exiting assessments e.g. to give community support. also, need to think about GDPR if posting with names. emails etc.
