any kind of formatting problem throws general error. Find the problem and report back to user.

e.g. https://docs.mapbox.com/help/troubleshooting/csv-upload-errors/

numeric null values projection latitude in degrees is -90 and +90. Longitude is in the range -180 and +180 etc.
