Multithreaded decoding for H.265/HEVC #416

Please implement multithreaded decoding for H.265/HEVC.
After discussing this in OpenHEVC some work already done there.

Because during playing HEVC video file I see that one core is 100% and anothers 
nothing doing and video extremely slow.

HEVC decoding is already multi-threaded in the latest versions of the code.
