Does Lav support "Audio Resample"? #464

Hi there,

Does LAV support "audio Resample"? such as decoder a file with 44.1kHz to 
48Khz? I checked lastest version but havn't found this function.

No, its not supported, and there aren't really any plans to allow that either.
