Vfr mp4 video Playback Speed Issues with Intel Quicksync #508

Describe the issue you're having:

When using hardware decoder Intel Quicksync,
A picture isn't played with right speed in vfr MP4.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

When not using Quicksync, a problem disappears.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

A problem was recognized for quite some time.
The LAV Video Decoder version now is 0.63.0.41

Please provide any additional information below.

The QuickSync decoder is a third-party component, you can report problems here:
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=162442

I recommend you use the DXVA2 decoder instead, it offers the same hardware 
decoding without any of these problems.
