add support 10 and 12 bit VP9 (webm) playback #524

Describe the issue you're having:
Since VP9 v1.4.0 release, 10 and 12 bit support in VP9 now. But I got 
blackscreen when i try playback webm video file which encoded with 10 or 12 bit.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Video encoded with VP9 v1.4.0 in 10 and 12 bit.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV Video Decoder version 0.64.0.35 in MPC-HC version 1.7.8.123

LAV uses the ffmpeg vp9 decoder. Please report any missing features directly to 
the ffmpeg project.
