Highest Quality Audio not Prioritized #542

I have a number of .MKVs with audio Track 1 as Dolby Digital and Track 2 as
DTS-HD (I steam to Xbox 360 Extenders and need the AC3 track). I have checked
'prefer audio stream with the highest quality' and it will always play the
Dolby Digital/AC3 stream and never the DTS-HD track. All the AC3 streams are
640 or 480kb/s. I play in Windows Media Center and Windows Media Player using
0.65.0.4 and have had the same issue using Analog direct out and HDMI. I do
notice that during playback the splitter/stream selector will note the bitrate
of the AC3 track but not the DTS-HD track.

LAV will always prefer the best audio track, but Windows Media Player/Media
Center sometimes overrides this choice.

In short, use a proper player.
