Because shelf_eventsource 0.2.0-rc1 depends on shelf >=0.6.5 <0.8.0 and no versions of shelf_eventsource match

0.2.0-rc1 <0.3.0, shelf_eventsource ^0.2.0-rc1 requires shelf >=0.6.5 <0.8.0.
