Description

Update/Create Card components to adhere to new design.

we need the following components done done:

ProjectCard - this one exists so you can edit it
InformationCard- this one is new so you'd have to create it

Definition of Done

For this task to marked complete the follow criteria must be met:

[x] Create 2 React Components
[x] Mobile Responsive (make it be able to fit on a phone screen width)
[x] Content should be dependent on props that are passed to component
[x] Buttons Link are dependent on props that are passed to component
[x] Follows design mockups
