The GUI for the BibSonomy Tag Cloud needs to be implemented in the new framework. A mockup for this feature can be found here.

Tag cloud. Not sure about the second drop down. Maybe, we need to keep it there, because the setting will be changed frequently. Future will tell ^^. You could add Telemetry to it. Maybe you find other code doing that.
If the second drop down is implemented, it should not be implemented in the Settings GUI, which is to be implemented in #11.
