Feedback Form (#142) #147

Implements #142, a Google Form that allows users to report bugs/inconsistencies, send feedback, and just a general contact form. The form is available through a short URL (/getHelp), on the Contact page in Settings, and as an icon under Upcoming Events (and lunch soon).

Still trying to figure out whether this stays in Upcoming Events or is moved elsewhere. Will be staying in Upcoming Events & Lunch Menu.
