• Fixed Misc.getFormattedDate() to pass on non-english locales.
• Stop the saveTimer when the context is destroyed to prevent resource leak.

This is the replacement for https://github.com/stevensouza/jamonapi/pull/1 There might be easier ways to achieve the goal.
