It appears that the upgrade process clears out the scripts directory and removes the ad-blocker.sh script. Need to find an alternate location that will survive the upgrade process while still keeping things reasonably bundled.
Note: the whitelist/blacklist conf files remain intact as do the zone files (including ad-blocker.db).
