Amulet and Hazelnut selector location change #141

Description

Moves the hazelnut dropdown to be after the amulet dropdown in index.ejs. This issue came from change #139

There is something really wrong with this pull request. Notice how it says there are conflicts that must be resolved, but when you click on "Resolve conflicts" there are no conflicts listed. Did you make it using the same fork from before? Remember that when I merge a PR you need to delete your forked branch and fork a new one to continue working. This is because I flatten your commits.
