Diff screen for quests/wiki content and mob/item notes. #44

A git-like diff view for content and notes. It would be best to use a 3rd party library for this and not reinvent the wheel.

It might also be good to show changes in stats on items, perhaps in parentheses next to the current value (or next to a blank if there is no current value)
