Added Events and Contact Us page #22

Changes

Events page now has event cards leading to current/upcoming events via EventBrite
- Contains current/upcoming events (if any exist), otherwise displays text stating "No upcoming Events"
- Shows past events (if any exist), otherwise doesn't show
- Generic Contact Us page added.
- Note: Form does not actually submit.
- Added general Board of Directors page.
- Fixed card styling on Gallery page
- Updated Donate button text on Homepage with white text
