Cacheing of web page titles to avoid duplicate reports #249

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On the large website that I am checking, some web pages are checked multiple times.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be useful if the titles of checked pages were cached and each future page to be checked were looked up in the cache so as not to be checked more than once.

Cannot replicate now, so closing this issue.
