Pic32 support #26

This PR replaces #23 , by targetting master instead of generic.

I'm still in the process of cleaning up some stuff, but it looks promising. I'd like feedback from everyone, especially @Adilla. What's left to be done is to repare the AVR port on this branch, and make it so several architectures can be selected at the same time.

This looks good, to me at least. Of course I'd like to have some feedback on my lattest modifications before I merge ^^

Looks good to me. Please do proceed with merging. I will then ensure that the full support of Lchip properly merges with this organization. From what I can already see, I don't think there will be any major issue.
