It's not longer possible to directly install avr-libc: https://github.com/osx-cross/homebrew-avr/issues/64
The avrdude formula does not have a --with-usb option

Thanks! I changed the command for avr-gcc

We'll try without the "--with-usb" option then (I hope they put it in by default ;) )
