Implement UI with 3D geometry #18

GearVR users can't interact with the UI as it is, so we should consider refactoring it at some point.

Do you know if this would be a big or little deal (in terms of labor)? Can they at least participate in a demo as "view-only"?

Oh, view-only works fine. They just can't click on anything.
